Category ManagerMain Responsibility:-
Responsible for planning, control and all the promotion activity in both modern trade and direct-delivery channel-
To monitor and control promotion expenses within/in line with budget-
Provide input and assist marketing director in preparing the annual marketing plan for the assigned promotion activity recommendation and evaluation-
Responsible for the preparation of POP materials and gimmicks for assigned products, and ensure their effective use by field force-
To perform other related assignments when required.Education / Experience: -
University graduate majoring in business or science-
Nutritional sales/marketing or strong FMCG sales/marketing background with at least 3 years KA sales, Trade marketing or brand management experience-
Experienced in developing strategy, execution, monitoring and evaluation of a promotion activity-
Experienced in trade marketing & merchandizing-
Promotion arrangement and evaluation-
shopping behavior and insights in retail channel-
Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)-
Good communication skills & self motivated-
Ability to leverage on the strength of an agency to deliver results-
Effective time management-
