RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be based in Shanghai, and report to Marketing Director.
Develop goals, budget and strategic business plan. Provide company with profitable, annual sales volume.
Responsible for achieving sales objectives and providing flexibility and swift reaction to ongoing problems and opportunities as they arise in the marketplace.
Utilize innovative solutions, and constructive thinking to recognize market trends and directions to develop tactical action plans to penetrate new markets.
Develop Distribution Network to its fullest potential at the national level by recruiting, training and evaluating distributors and selling representatives.
Develop training programs for all distributors or selling representatives and coordinate with other departments so that they are exposed to all aspects of company processes and procedures.
Evaluate the results of training to ensure that distributors or selling representatives are well equipped and knowledgeable in selling company’s products.
Direct the development and implementation of advertisement and promotional programs.
Prepare, create, procure, and distribute or cause to be prepared or created, all company and distributors or dept. stores support advertising and promotional materials, including all signage, logos, literature, written and graphic media projecting the company’s public image.
Establish and control budgets for sales promotion expenses and convention expenses.
Review variable expenses periodically to assure justifications for expenses.
Provide market information feedback monthly to management staff.
Recommend successors for future sales input positions and strategies to develop these people.
Develop and maintain an ongoing self-improvement program utilizing resources in company library or outside sources.
Act as a key Account Manager taking care of non-traditional channel sales directly.
Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing or related field.
About 35 years old, at least 5 years of marketing/brand management experience in consumer goods or prestige goods industry in Multinational Corporations. A double experience in consumer and prestige industries is a significant plus.
Strategic mind with extensive experience in managing marketing activities
Willing to travel in small, highly operational teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English and willing to travel abroad.
