Position: Asst Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. To support platform manager to conduct 6-8 drink platform promotion windows per year, making sure strong innovative and attractive new news to drive TC.
1) Adapt promising new concepts from different resources and collaborate with R&D to develop insight-driven new product of drink platform
2) Ensure timely and flawless launch
3) Support platform manager to monitor drink platform performance by sales, BRS etc. to get learning to guide future platform development strategy.
4) Assistant platform manager to sustain and increase the menu mix of the drink platform
2. To work with internal CI team and advertising agency to create advertising (ATL/BTL) with consumer insight and memorable message
1) Support platform manager to set clear product positioning for every new products
2) Generate creative idea based on true and deep consumer insight
3) Monitor the creative performance by communication test to guide future communication strategy
3. To closely work with field to implement in-store promotion and POP display effectively
1) Forecast accurately and achieve alignment with market.
2) Closely Monitor the execution status & effect
3) Accumulate learning to guide future plan.
Requirements:

2. QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Wide and profound office knowledge, deep social experience
2) Command English and Microsoft Office application skill
3) Bachelor and above degree in marketing management or related major
4) At least 3-5 year solid marketing experience with consumer products and brand management in sweeping MNC

a) Finance, PA, SCM; YLC; Fields;
b) Within Marketing: other Team, Media Team, Research Team
2) External: Advertising Agency mainly; possible tie-in partners
