基本要求:

在化妆品公司市场部工作经验3年以上,熟悉品牌管理,喜欢化妆品,气质良好.

Main Responsibilities:

    To support Senior Product Manager to build brand image and deliver marketing goals through relevant marketing strategy and execution.



Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare the competitive analysis report and understand the consumer’s needs.

    Develop the localized launch plans based on international Marketing planning.

    Implement monthly media plan, develop lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines.

    Design promotional plans based on marketing strategy and budgeting guidelines, monitor and evaluate the result.

    Work out monthly sales forecast, pay close attention to stock level to secure the product supply as well as inventory control.

    Manage and motivate agencies to achieve better quality.



Basic requirement:

    Bachelor degree or above.

    Well organized and planning.

    Good communication skill.

    Fluent in English

    At least 3 years related working experience in cosmetic industry.
