The Responsibilities of the Roles
The Trade Marketing Manager will be based in Shanghai, directly report to the VP Marketing of China region, with extensive interface with the Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and the other relevant departments which will be involved.
Responsibilities
1.Develop trade marketing strategy: based on sales and marketing strategy
2.Trade communication: provide the communication linkage between company and trade so that proper information & message are channeled through
3.Plan and implement trade marketing activities: trade promotion, sales tool development, identify and highlight opportunities to adapt products to specific channels
4.Trade financial: trade profitability analysis & trade sales analysis
5.Category management: product distribution matrix. Produce and maintain product distribution matrix by interpreting Channel strategy and determine product range and suitability by channel and account type.
6.Review and match existing product range with consumer requirements in different channels
7.Trade loyalty program: develop and implement trade loyalty program to enhance customer desire
Qualifications
1.University graduate, (Economics, Marketing) or other relevant majors.
2.Aged 30~40
3.With minimum of 4 years of business experience in FMCG and 2 years of trade marketing experience in multinationals
4.Previously media practice working experience can also be considered
5.Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
6.Creative mind, open for new ideas and approaches.
