Title: Sales Planning Manager (National)
Report to Commercial Director
Subordinates: 4 sales planners in four sales big district
Purpose:
To maintain national sales & marketing planning system, improving its accuracy.
To set up national integrated and effective sales data and analyst system
To be take responsibility for daily sales & marketing operation works.
Responsibility:
1.To assist Consumer Director to prepare whole year’s budget for sales value, trade promotion expenses and selling expenses.
2.To allocate yearly and monthly different budgets to every region
3.To review sales results and update sales target of remaining period after a month end
4.To direct SKU rolling forecast, monitor the performance and adjust forecast accordingly and communicate to manufacturing plant
5.Gathers and manages regional and area sales forecasting data/records as the beginning of promotion activities and new product launch6.To direct sales analysis activities on a monthly basis in terms of SKU performance, zonal sales and distribution network
7.To generate and take care of regional reports, city and distributors reports and analysis, distributor inventory analysis, customers information collection and etc.
8.Cooperate with customer services, finances, logistics and other function to follow up the order operation
9.Allocates the short inventory products to every region/customers and discuss with concerned department how to fix it 10.Work with related people to solve any issues in daily sales works
Requirements:
1.University Degree
2.Above 3 years working experience in the concerned position
Title: Sales Training Mgr. (National) (职位二,同一家公司)
Purpose:
1. 增强销售培训力量。
2. 适应公司和客户的培训需求。
Responsibility:
每次培训课 2~3 个工作日。
每周培训授课一次,每月培训授课四次。
每年培训授课 48 次,共96天~144天培训授课工作日,768小时~1152小时培训授课时间。
1. 执行公司销售培训政策和计划。
2. 创立针对性销售培训课程。
3. 调查销售人员培训需求。
4. 跟进回访评估销售培训效果。
5. 有效利用各类资源用于销售培训。
Requirements:
大专学历以上(含大专)
5年以上 FMCG 行业工作经验,其中2年以上培训工作经验。
男女不限,年龄30岁~40岁。
熟练操作电脑 0ffice 软件。
基本掌握英语的书写和会话。
