试用期主要职责
1、在品牌经理指导的策略方向下独立完成全国性消费者促销推广活动的计划,执行和分析;
3、在品牌经理指导的策略方向下独立完成企业,品牌公关活动的计划,执行和分析;
4、在品牌经理指导的策略方向下为全国性大客户制定重点客户联合促销计划;
5、在品牌经理指导下逐步进行生意发展机会的挖掘,分析与商务建议工作。
Future Resposibility:
Recommends, develops and executes Marketing strategies, plans and programs for a consumer brand in China. Responsible for specific projects and initiatives on a consumer brand. Responsible for excellent execution and day to day operations on aspects of the brand business (e.g. specific variant or a particular initiative). Builds strong understanding of business drivers based on thorough, detailed business analysis and turns them into company plans.
Lead day to day business operation on aspects of the brand business (variant or an initiative) working on multi-functional teams using strong project management skills.
Recommends and executes product initiatives under the leadership of the Brand Manager.
Manage project delivery teams consisting of multi functional resources to ensure excellent execution.
Leads specific concept development projects on a brand to find breakthroughs.
Leads the development of consumer communication materials related to particular brand projects or initiatives. This will include television advertising, print advertising, outdoor advertising, direct marketing, public relations plans, packaging, instore materials under the leadership of the Brand Manager.
Develops promotional strategies to gain trial and build loyalty for particular variants and initiatives.
Deliver in depth analysis of market data and consumer research to identify key business drivers.
Develops media strategies to reach target consumers including level, mix and market prioritization for particular variants and initiatives under the leadership of the Brand Manager.
Ensure brilliant execution of these chosen media plans working with the media agencies.
