Job Description(for director level):
This position is responsible for leading one or two research team to handle client servicing and project management to ensure all activities of projects are completed timely and effectively. Responsibilities include liaison with clients, project design and inter-departmental coordination, report writing, presentations and business development.
· University degree, minimum 7-8 years research experience
· Knowledge of a particular industry is an advantageous
· Capability of logical thinking and able to train a team of researchers
· Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
· Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
For Research manager or senior manager:
Leads a team of juniors in project and report preparation and normally works directly with the team leader.
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Design questionnaires to ensure they prompt meaning data and are actionable.
· Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires.
· Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful conclusions.
· Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
· Estimate costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate cost items are included in the proposal.
· Estimate and plan resources for the commissioned projects to ensure the projects could be completed according to schedule.
· Interpret the data using techniques to produce accurate analysis.
· Liaise with DP and fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.
· Train and supervise researchers to ensure they acquire basic research techniques.

Qualitative research manager or senior manager for a famous global research agency in GZ/SH/BJ
Responsibility
- Work independently in setting up Qualitative research projects , from client sourcing & prospecting, to designing proposals, pitching & project implementation i.e. project setup & management, screener & discussion guide design, moderation, analysis, interpretation & report-writing.
- Ensure the smooth running of the execution of a research project
- Develop the business strategically in South China and meet the revenue target
- Undertake daily project management and client service
- Work closely with the GZ fieldwork and GZ QT/QL team for qualitative projects
Requirement
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Statistics, Psychology, Marketing or Mathematics
- At lease 5 years experience in qualitative research in market research firm or as in-house researcher
- Strong business sense and insights preferred
- Wide knowledge of different project /industry exposure and solid on-hand project experience is a must
- Fluent in Cantonese(for the position in GZ) and Good writing and reading skills in English
- Open-minded, creative and independent; high passion in market research, ability to work under high pressure; willing to travel.
Note: For the position based in GZ, candidates from HK, Singapore is also fine if they are experienced in qualitative research and can also speak Cantonese.

Position one: Sales Information Analysis Manager. Numbers of Subordinates: 4
Position two: Sales Information Analysis Supervisor. Numbers of Subordinates: 2
The position requires that the incumbent: work closely with Information dept. manager and other groups in the Information, Administration & Planning Function as well as other functions in Sales and Marketing Department to smooth out and better utilize sales information to identify the corporate strength and weakness and pinpoint threats and opportunities.
Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent
§ Establish sales information databank
o Centralize sales information, including shipment information, KA team information, DAR & DIS information and all other key information within the sales department, as well as market evaluation information from the 3rd party;
o Effectively organize information and to design effective format of sales report to facilitate data analysis.
o To develop and maintain effective platform for information sharing;
§ Work closely with other functions in Marketing and Sales Department, using retail audit information, internal sales information and other corporate information, to provide ad-hoc in-depth analysis and recommendation.
§ Generate monthly report to update top management, field sales managers & KA team of the market status quo so as to identify key business issues and give next step recommendations.
§ Manage the information agency to define best and most effective report structure, scale of research and future improvement area.
Incumbent Requirements
This position requires a university+ degree ideally in statistics/econometrics/math/marketing.
A minimum of 5 year(for Manager)/ 3 years (for supervisor) experience in business information analysis area with multi-national, preferably, FMCG companies or research agencies is required for successful performance.
In addition, innovative, strong analytical, organizational, communication, language (English in particular) and computer skills are necessary. Taking initiative, self-motivation and integrity are also important.
