Senior Marketing Coordinator / Brand ManagerREPORTING TO:

Broad Mission:Provides input on, and ensures the implementation of the marketing strategy and support campaigns in his territory; as well as monitors the marketing budget while continuously providing the Marketing Manager with market update reports.2.0
Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities:2.1
Works closely with the heads of sales and marketing and the advertising agency to set the marketing campaigns for the Territory.
2.2
Manages a team of marketing coordinators to insure the proper implementation of the marketing campaigns as well as market studies.2.3
Conducts market visits in different regions of his territory and provides the Marketing Manager with updated reports of his findings and recommendations.2.4
Coordinates closely with Sales on issues faced in market and raises the relative recommendations.2.5
Coordinates closely with the Marketing Manager to carry out the branding projects by continuous coordination with the advertising agency. 2.6
Coordinates closely between the advertising agency and the material department for the availability of all the POSM material.2.7
Works closely with the merchandizing team to ensure proper implementation and continuous upgrade of the merchandising standard.2.8
Measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and raises the relative reports to the Marketing Manager. 2.9
Issues reports on regular bases updating the Marketing Manager on the budget of his territory.

Any other duty or function that may to be deemed necessary to achieve the company’s objectives3.0

Covering Jiangsu, Zhejiang Provinces, and any other future developed markets4.0
Others:4.1
Bachelor degree holder (major in marketing, MBA is a plus)4.2
English speaking is a must (fluent both oral and written)4.3
More than 2 years of experience in marketing & marketing promotion fields related to FMCG

这种职位对于新人是一个很好的锻炼。
